About the role

Join Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle as a Sales Associate in the fashion department, where you will be the front‑line champion of customer service and sales excellence. You will help customers enjoy an exceptional shopping experience while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines.
• Address customer concerns promptly, escalating to the Store Manager when needed.
• Achieve and creatively exceed set sales targets.
• Utilise product knowledge to up‑sell and cross‑sell, driving higher transaction values.
• Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, tidiness and stock replenishment.
• Comply with store security policies to minimise stock loss.
• Recommend and locate merchandise across Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• 1‑2 years of experience in retail or a related industry.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
