Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to represent our brand and drive store sales through exceptional customer service. The role involves engaging shoppers, promoting the loyalty program, and ensuring the store maintains high visual and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist them in selecting products and convert window shoppers into buyers.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat sales.
• Follow the company selling guideline (GREET, UNDERSTAND, EXPLAIN, SELL, THANK).
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all brand offerings for suggestive selling.
• Ensure the store is well‑groomed, presentable and adheres to visual‑merchandising standards.
• Lay out and display stock according to layout norms and VM guidelines.
• Record inventory movements and maintain accurate reports.
• Handle the POS/billing counter efficiently, process payments (cash, credit cards, vouchers, automatic debits) and issue receipts, refunds and change.
• Balance the cash till at the start and end of each shift.
• Maintain security vigilance, adhere to SOP and loss‑prevention policies, and keep sales figures confidential.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods and overtime as required.

• Flexible availability for extended hours, varied shifts and overtime.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to minimise stock loss.
• Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
