Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will work on the showroom floor, assisting customers, promoting products and services, and driving sales across cash, credit, warranty and accessory lines. The role combines direct customer interaction with accurate transaction processing and product knowledge development.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell products and services, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Create sales invoices and operate BO & POS applications efficiently.
• Provide a high level of customer service, offering product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Explain return, exchange, and warranty policies clearly to customers.
• Maintain awareness of in‑store promotions, discounts, and coupons.
• Conduct regular stock checks, report damaged displays, and ensure planogram compliance.
• Keep the sales area clean, tidy, and accessible, and update pricing as instructed.
• Safeguard confidential company information and follow safety procedures.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of sales or retail experience.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience using SAP.
• Familiarity with Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
• Knowledge of Business Objects (BO) applications.
