About the role

The Sales Associate will work on the shop floor to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will act as a brand ambassador, helping customers find the right products and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

Champion customer service standards in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines.
Identify customer needs, provide product recommendations, and drive sales through up‑selling and cross‑selling.
Address customer concerns promptly and escalate to the Store Manager when necessary.
Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, tidiness, and product replenishment.
Comply with store security policies to minimize stock loss.
Utilise advanced selling techniques to generate high‑value transactions and encourage repeat business.

Required profile

High School Certificate.
1–2 years of retail or sales experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Fluent Arabic.
