Sales Associate (Retail)

About the role

As a Sales Associate you will be the front‑line ambassador of Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle stores, delivering exceptional customer service while meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will use your product knowledge to guide shoppers, resolve concerns promptly, and create memorable shopping experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Champion Majid Al Futtaim customer‑service standards in every interaction.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable merchandise and upsell or cross‑sell where appropriate.
• Achieve and strive to exceed set sales targets using creative selling techniques.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, tidiness and ensure shelves are replenished.
• Follow all security policies to minimise stock loss.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the Store Manager in a timely manner.
• Assist customers in locating products across other Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands when needed.

Required profile

• High School Certificate (or equivalent).
• 1‑2 years of retail or sales experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency assumed.
