Sales Associate – Services & B2B Sales

About the role

The Sales Associate will promote and sell a range of company services, including packing and moving, ladies cleaning, door‑to‑door, and B2B business solutions. You will identify new opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and work towards achieving sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential customers for all service lines.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person.
• Explain services clearly and professionally to individuals and businesses.
• Prepare quotations, follow up leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Visit clients, offices, and sites to understand service needs.
• Present proposals to companies for B2B opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain records of leads, quotations, follow‑ups, and sales.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and refer issues when needed.
• Promote services through personal communication, referrals, door‑to‑door visits, and networking.
• Assist in preparing sales reports for management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is an advantage.
• Experience in service‑based industries such as moving, cleaning, or field sales is preferred.
• B2B sales experience considered an added advantage.
