Sales Consultant (Female) – Retail Jewelry – Kuwait

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Female Sales Consultant to join our jewelry retail team in Kuwait. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through product selections, providing estimates, and completing sales transactions while ensuring an excellent in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand their needs and present appropriate product offerings.
• Prepare price estimates, process sales, and achieve category‑wise sales targets.
• Handle sales returns, repairs, and customer queries in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain store operations: follow SOPs, manage daily stock counts, ensure attractive product displays, and secure merchandise.
• Monitor dead stock, coordinate replenishment, and support marketing, visual merchandising, and IRSG teams.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to corporate functions to improve satisfaction and store ratings.

Required profile

• Female candidates with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to meet sales targets and manage store‑level operational tasks.
• Attention to detail for stock handling, display standards, and safety procedures.

Required skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
