Sales Consultant – Luxury Jewellery

About the role

Join Damas Jewellery, the leading jeweller in the Middle East, as a Sales Consultant. You will work on the shop floor, engaging customers, presenting our diverse jewellery collections, and driving sales in a premium retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
• Prepare estimates, complete sales transactions, and achieve category‑wise sales targets.
• Handle product returns, repairs, and after‑sales service.
• Maintain store standards: follow SOPs, manage stock counts, ensure attractive product displays, and secure merchandise.
• Support marketing, visual merchandising, and store compliance initiatives.
• Collect and relay customer feedback, manage queries and complaints according to company guidelines.

Required profile

• Graduate or minimum high‑school education.
• 2‑5 years experience in luxury retail, customer service or hospitality.
• General knowledge of jewellery and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of any Indian regional language is a plus.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Self‑starter with a team‑player attitude, available for retail hours including weekends and split shifts.
