Sales Consultant – Luxury Retail

About the role

Join Al Tayer Insignia’s Bloomingdale's store in Kuwait as a Sales Consultant, delivering premium customer service in a luxury retail environment. You will identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and build lasting relationships to drive sales and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet every customer warmly, providing attentive service at all times.
• Identify customer needs through questioning, recommend and demonstrate appropriate products, and suggest complementary items.
• Process transactions, handle cash and authorized payment methods, issue receipts, and provide professional checkout service.
• Address customer complaints professionally, following after‑sales policy and escalating when necessary.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, fashion trends, and in‑store promotions.
• Ensure personal grooming standards and a clean, organized sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas.
• Monitor stock levels daily and communicate replenishment needs to the Store Manager.
• Collect customer data for the database, entering details accurately into the POS system.
• Minimize stock loss by remaining vigilant on the sales floor and fitting rooms.

Required profile

• High school qualification.
• 3 to 4 years of retail sales or customer service experience.

Required skills

• POS system operation.
