About the role

The Sales Consultant will drive new business and nurture existing customer relationships to boost sales of retail and automotive products and services. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience from prospecting to delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships by exceeding customer expectations.
  • Answer inquiries by phone, direct callers to the right person, and promote product awareness.
  • Resolve complaints sensitively and involve relevant teams when needed.
  • Address customer hesitation and resistance effectively.
  • Calculate cost allowances, financing costs, and down payments to price vehicles accurately.
  • Document all vehicle transaction details precisely.
  • Conduct memorable hand‑overs and follow‑up with customers.
  • Generate referrals, prospect new customers, and maintain a prospect database.
  • Communicate regularly to sustain positive relationships and follow the order‑to‑delivery process.

Required profile

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales or hospitality.
  • Bilingual with strong command of English and Arabic.
  • Problem‑solving ability and customer‑oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of selling and persuasion skills.
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude.
  • High school diploma or higher; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
