Sales Development Representative

About the role

Warah is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for prospective clients across Kuwait. You will generate interest in our HR‑technology SaaS platform, qualify business opportunities, and schedule product demos for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and market research.
• Engage key decision‑makers such as CEOs, business owners, HR and finance managers.
• Understand prospects’ HR processes, challenges, employee count and software needs.
• Qualify leads based on need, authority, budget and purchase readiness.
• Communicate Warah’s value proposition, features and benefits clearly.
• Schedule qualified product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up, build professional relationships and record all activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve lead‑generation and share market feedback.
• Achieve monthly targets for outreach, qualified opportunities, demos and pipeline generation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, business development or a customer‑facing role (preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confidence in outbound calling and prospecting.
• Organised, persistent and results‑driven.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Experience in SaaS, HR technology or B2B sales is an advantage.
