Sales Engineer & Government Relationship Officer – Immediate Hiring

About the role

We are seeking two professionals to join our Kuwait team: a Sales Engineer focused on fire‑and‑safety solutions and a Government Relationship Officer (PRO/Mandhoob) responsible for handling all government‑related documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales pipelines for fire‑safety products, present technical proposals to clients, and achieve revenue targets.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare, submit, and track all required government permits, licences and paperwork for the company.
• Liaise with Kuwaiti authorities through online portals, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor changes in government procedures and advise the organization on necessary actions.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a sales engineering or related technical sales role.
• Driving licence preferred.
• Experience in the fire‑and‑safety industry or supply of fire‑safety products is an advantage.
• Proven experience handling government documentation and company procedures in Kuwait.
• Good knowledge of Kuwait government regulations and online portals.
