Sales Executive – B2B

About the role

The Sales Executive – B2B drives revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing corporate client relationships, and overseeing the full sales cycle. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve B2B sales, revenue, and profitability targets through effective sales strategies.
• Identify and pursue new corporate customers, generate leads, and expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct client visits, follow‑ups, and engagements to convert opportunities into sales.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and tender submissions in line with company policies.
• Monitor personal sales pipeline, market opportunities, and provide regular updates to management.
• Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and support smooth order processing.
• Collaborate with category, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of B2B or project sales experience with a proven track record, preferably in consumer electronics or the commercial sector.
• Established network of architects, consultants, and contractors in Kuwait/GCC.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong presentation abilities.
• Kuwait driving license is mandatory.
