Sales Executive – Building Materials (Kuwait)

About the role

SOLID, a leading representative of international manufacturers of architectural and construction materials in Kuwait, is seeking a Sales Executive to expand its market presence. The role is ideal for a customer‑focused professional with an engineering or architecture background who enjoys building relationships and promoting building‑material solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist showroom visitors and recommend suitable material solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and interior designers
• Conduct client visits and business development activities across Kuwait
• Present product portfolio, specifications, and manufacturer partnerships
• Prepare quotations and manage the full sales cycle
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth order delivery
• Maintain customer records and sales activity in the CRM system
• Achieve individual sales targets

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, showroom sales, or business development
• Experience in construction or architectural materials is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Valid driving license in Kuwait for client visits
