Sales Executive & Call Center (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive and Call Center Agent who is fluent in Arabic and can communicate in basic English. The position is based in Kuwait City and involves handling customer inquiries, promoting products, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls from customers in Arabic.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote company offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly.

Required profile

• Article 18 visa holder.
• Fluent in spoken and written Arabic; basic English proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Target‑oriented mindset with a sales‑driven attitude.
• Attention to detail and good problem‑solving skills.
• Age below 30.
• Prior experience in sales or call centre is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome.

• Effective verbal communication in Arabic.
• Basic English writing skills.
