Sales Executive – HORECA

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic HORECA Sales Executive to drive our sales strategy within the hospitality, restaurant and catering sector. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new market opportunities and delivering on sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the HORECA sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key HORECA clients.
• Achieve company‑set sales targets and revenue goals.
• Conduct market research to spot emerging trends.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Provide exceptional post‑sale customer service.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in HORECA within FMCG or foodservice, preferably in Kuwait.
• Experience with seafood products is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and customer base.
• Target‑driven with a proven ability to grow accounts.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to work in the field.
• Organised, proactive and team‑oriented.
