Sales Executive (IT Solutions)

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive growth of Amlak Al Arabia’s IT solutions in Kuwait City by identifying new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of prospects, and nurturing existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings, presentations and prepare proposals, quotations and contracts for IT products and services.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals while ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Coordinate with technical and support teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular forecasts and reports to management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to support strategic planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT or technology sector in the Gulf region.
• Strong prospecting, lead generation and deal‑closing abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in business English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field is preferred.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to meet targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management.
• Advanced use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and proposals.
