About the role
Farah Home is expanding its retail team in Kuwait and seeks an enthusiastic Sales Executive to deliver a top‑notch shopping experience. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to grow within a fast‑paced environment while interacting directly with customers.
Key responsibilities
- Greeting customers and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience
- Assisting customers with product selections and purchase decisions
- Restocking shelves and managing inventory levels
- Maintaining store cleanliness and organization
- Processing transactions and handling customer inquiries
- Promoting new products and ongoing promotions
Required profile
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Previous retail sales experience (mandatory)
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- Organized with good inventory management capabilities
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
