Sales Executive – Luxury Jewellery (Kuwait)

About the role

Join the iconic Maison Chaumet in Kuwait City as a Sales Executive, representing a heritage of over 240 years in Parisian jewellery excellence. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a warm, luxurious experience to high‑net‑worth clients and contributing to the boutique’s growth in a dynamic market.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador of Chaumet, sharing the brand’s history and culture with every client.
• Welcome clients with a personalized, luxurious approach and guide them through the selection and purchase process.
• Drive sales by identifying new prospects, nurturing existing relationships, and achieving individual and boutique targets.
• Maintain and expand the customer database, creating future opportunities through clienteling and event invitations.
• Prepare tailored selections for VIP visits and special occasions.
• Support flawless store operations, including cash handling, security procedures, and stock management.
• Collaborate on visual merchandising, window displays, and internal presentations with the visual team.
• Participate in team meetings, performance reporting, and after‑sales activities.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Minimum five years of sales experience in luxury jewellery, preferably within Kuwait.
• Strong commercial drive with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Passion for jewellery and deep knowledge of the Chaumet brand.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
