Sales Executive – Racking, Shelving & Storage Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive the sale of racking, shelving and storage solutions to customers across warehousing, logistics, retail and industrial sectors in Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in warehousing, logistics, retail, industrial and commercial sectors.
• Promote and sell racking systems, shelving units, storage solutions and related products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct site visits, understand customer requirements and propose suitable storage solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in racking, shelving, storage systems, warehouse equipment or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse storage solutions and material handling products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to develop and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and capable of working independently.
• Valid driving licence preferred; experience in the Kuwait market is an advantage.
