Sales Lead – CRM and CAS

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a motivated Sales Lead to drive growth of its CRM and CAS portfolio across indirect markets. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be the primary commercial liaison for distributors and customers, collaborating with clinical, marketing and cross‑functional teams to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth, meet sales targets and expand market share for the CRM/CAS portfolio.
• Plan and execute territory strategies, set annual, quarterly and monthly objectives.
• Manage distributor performance through business planning, regular reviews and corrective actions.
• Lead sales forecasting, demand planning, inventory management and pipeline reviews.
• Identify market opportunities and develop go‑to‑market initiatives for electrophysiology therapies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, hospital procurement teams and distributor leadership.
• Support customer engagement, congress participation, physician education and market development programs.
• Collaborate with clinical specialists, therapy consultants and internal functions such as marketing, finance, supply chain and regulatory.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of commercial experience in medical device or healthcare sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributor networks.
• Strong understanding of electrophysiology technologies and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
