Sales Manager – Home Appliances (Kuwait)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Sales Manager to lead our home‑appliance sales operations in the Kuwait market. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing key accounts and shaping market strategy to expand our presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for home appliances in Kuwait.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts and increase market share.
• Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to craft competitive strategies.
• Lead and coach the regional sales team, providing training and performance guidance.
• Manage PSI with channel partners to review future business plans.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement promotional campaigns and product positioning.
• Monitor sales performance and produce regular reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of sales experience in the home‑appliance or consumer electronics industry, preferably in Kuwait.
• Proven track record of managing sales operations and meeting targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Deep knowledge of distribution channels and the retail landscape in the region.
• Ability to work independently, travel frequently and adapt to a dynamic market.
• Fluency in English.
