About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies for assigned market segments. Working closely with a dynamic sales team, you will focus on building long‑term client relationships while driving revenue growth and expanding market share.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with senior executives and department heads to deliver premium client service and achieve sales targets.
• Design, implement, and monitor sales action plans to exceed predefined objectives.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing for both transient and group business, and secure optimal terms.
• Generate and nurture sales leads to increase brand presence.
• Maintain organized records of major accounts and ensure compliance with selling strategies.
• Identify upselling opportunities during negotiations.
• Develop relationships with key decision‑makers to foster long‑term partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing to tailor promotional materials for specific segments.
• Track industry trends, policies, and regulations to inform sales tactics.
• Analyse sales performance regularly and implement corrective actions.
• Operate in a safe, environmentally responsible manner and follow company EHS policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales and client servicing.
