Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead growth and market‑share expansion for Midea and Toshiba home‑appliance brands across Kuwait. This senior role oversees sales, distribution, marketing execution, operations and retail management to achieve the annual business plan.

Key responsibilities

• Drive annual sales, margin and market‑share targets in line with the Midea Business Plan.
• Develop and execute country business plans, budgets and forecasts.
• Plan orders (N+2) and conduct monthly OPSI reviews with customers.
• Lead sales operations across modern trade, traditional trade, distributors, key accounts and projects.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with retailers, distributors and partners.
• Ensure brand execution follows global and regional guidelines (ATL, BTL, digital, in‑store).
• Manage product portfolio, pricing, promotions and new product launches.
• Develop new business for water heaters and coordinate inventory and supply‑chain activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Kuwait retail and distribution, with strong market knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and execute country‑level business strategies.
