Sales Manager – Kuwait

About the role

Farm Frites is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its distribution business in Kuwait. You will be responsible for driving incremental growth, managing key distributor relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and enhance the existing sales distribution plan to continuously increase revenue.
• Conduct regular business reviews with corporate management and branch teams to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Deploy Regional Sales Managers (RSM) and Sales Development Specialists (SDS) effectively to support key account distributors.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve ROI‑focused marketing activities.
• Maintain senior‑level relationships with distributors and coordinate joint sales and business plans.
• Set critical KPIs for distributors and lead Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Optimize profitability through product planning, promotions, and inventory management.
• Oversee pricing, new product launches, and market expansion initiatives.
• Design and implement a strategic plan to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in distribution or FMCG.
• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
