About the role

As the Sales Manager for Kuwait, you will drive profitable growth by leading the field sales team and Key Account Managers, shaping sales strategies and ensuring strong market penetration for Ferrero brands.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and propose the annual sales plan and medium‑term sales strategy in alignment with Ferrero Group objectives.
  • Manage the country sales budget, forecast volumes by channel and customer, and coordinate gross‑to‑net forecasting with Marketing.
  • Execute the sales plan to meet volume and growth targets while monitoring market dynamics for new opportunities.
  • Ensure optimal product exposure and perfect‑store execution at points of sale, handling negotiations and selling tools.
  • Lead channel management, communicate sales objectives, and design the optimal sales organization structure.
  • Provide regular performance updates to senior management and maintain close relationships with key customers and prospects.
  • Collaborate with HR to oversee team management, recruitment and performance development.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods.
  • Strong analytical ability to assess market positions, competitive dynamics and budget forecasts.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and develop sales teams and coordinate with cross‑functional functions.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
