Sales Manager – Outbound Travel Sales (Kuwait)

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive outbound travel sales from the UAE, focusing on the Kuwait market. Reporting to senior leadership, the role builds strong travel‑trade relationships, generates revenue, and supports events and branding initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to boost outbound sales from Kuwait and the UAE.
• Generate revenue by qualifying and educating travel‑trade partners.
• Conduct regular sales calls, missions, and visits to agencies, airlines, tourism boards, corporates, and MICE planners.
• Maintain and grow relationships with travel‑trade partners in Kuwait and the UAE.
• Use Salesforce daily for activity tracking, enquiries, and reporting.
• Support events, branding initiatives, trade shows, webinars, and sales meetings.
• Conduct market research on outbound travel trends and prepare weekly sales plans.
• Coordinate educational visits with airline partners and escort partner hotels on regional sales trips.

Required profile

• Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in hotels/tourism within the UAE.
• Established network with outbound travel partners (airlines, agencies, tourism boards).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and meet KPI targets.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Own a motor vehicle and be based in Kuwait.
