Sales Officer – B2C & B2B

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to join Figurama Collectors and help drive both B2C and B2B sales. You will work closely with the sales team to identify prospects, convert leads and enhance the overall customer experience in the anime collectibles market.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team in prospecting and engaging potential customers.
• Reach out to B2C and B2B clients, convert leads into sales and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Conduct market research to uncover new sales opportunities and emerging trends.
• Assist in preparing proposals, offers and sales presentations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Represent the company professionally on calls, meetings and social media when required.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, e‑commerce or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle and ability to use multiple channels to generate and close sales.
• Target‑oriented mindset with a sense of urgency and a passion for achieving results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
