Sales Officer – Oil & Gas Trading (Gaskets & Related Products)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Officer to expand our trading business in the Oil & Gas sector, focusing on gaskets and sealing solutions. The role combines technical knowledge with strong commercial acumen to grow market share across Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new market opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, contractors, and procurement teams in the Kuwaiti Oil & Gas industry.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prepare technical quotations, negotiate terms, follow up on orders and collections.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance and operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging customer needs to refine sales strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech or B.E.).
• Minimum 5 years of industrial trading or sales experience within the Kuwait Oil & Gas sector.
• Established network and deep understanding of local EPC contractors, suppliers and industry dynamics.
• Strong negotiation, technical presentation and professional communication skills.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence preferred and transferable residency status.
