Sales & Operations Executive

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Operations Executive to support our daily sales activities and streamline operational processes. The role combines customer‑facing sales support with inventory and logistics coordination to ensure smooth business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Support the sales team with schedules, reports, and customer inquiries.
- Manage customer orders and resolve issues efficiently.
- Supervise daily operations and monitor inventory levels.
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely deliveries.
- Streamline documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, operations or a similar role.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and communication abilities.

- Microsoft Office Suite
- CRM software
