Sales & Operations Executive

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Operations Executive to support our daily sales activities, manage inventory, and coordinate logistics. The role ensures smooth administrative processes and helps optimise overall performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Support the sales team with schedules, reports, and customer inquiries.
- Manage customer orders and resolve issues efficiently.
- Supervise daily operations and monitor inventory levels.
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Streamline documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, operations, or a similar role; FMCG experience preferred.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse data and generate insightful reports.
