Sales Promoter – Arabic Speaker (Retail, Kuwait)

About the role

We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Sales Promoter to join our retail team in Kuwait. You will be the front‑line ambassador for Samsung mobile phones and accessories, helping customers discover the best products for their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Samsung mobile phones and accessories to store visitors.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits and the latest technology.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain clean, well‑stocked product displays.
• Stay updated on Samsung product launches, promotions and competitor offerings.
• Assist customers with product comparisons and purchasing decisions.
• Generate leads and encourage repeat business.
• Prepare daily sales reports and keep accurate sales records.
• Follow company policies, store guidelines and brand standards.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong communication skills in English.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for technology.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
