Sales Promoter – Electronics Retail (Kuwait City)

About the role

The company is seeking a Sales Promoter to join its retail team in Kuwait City. The role focuses on promoting and selling mobile phones, accessories and IT products to walk‑in customers in a high‑traffic electronics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers entering the store, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate product features, handle inquiries and close sales for mobiles, accessories and related IT items.
• Maintain product displays, ensure pricing accuracy and stock availability.
• Process transactions, issue receipts and handle returns according to store policies.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in electronics retail or similar sales environment.
• Proven ability to interact directly with walk‑in customers and deliver a positive buying experience.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Full‑time availability and willingness to work on‑site in Kuwait City.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of mobile devices, accessories and common IT products.
• Customer service orientation and ability to upsell.
