About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Promoter to join a leading telecom retailer in Kuwait City. The role focuses on driving sales of mobile devices, accessories, and IT products to walk‑in customers, ensuring a high level of service and product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers entering the store, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
• Promote and sell mobile phones, accessories, and related IT equipment.
• Maintain product displays, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards.
• Process transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries or issues.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in electronics retail or a similar sales environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work full‑time in a fast‑paced retail setting.
