About the role

The Sales Relationship Consultant is responsible for generating new business opportunities and nurturing existing customer relationships to drive sales of the retailer’s products and services. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to vehicle hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and customer‑satisfaction targets.
  • Maintain and exceed customer expectations through proactive communication.
  • Answer phone inquiries, direct callers to appropriate personnel, and promote awareness of all product offerings.
  • Resolve complaints sensitively and involve additional resources when needed.
  • Calculate costs, financing options, and down‑payments to determine vehicle pricing.
  • Accurately document all vehicle transaction details.
  • Deliver a memorable hand‑over experience for each customer.
  • Generate leads through telephone prospecting, referrals, and networking.
  • Update and manage a prospect database.
  • Follow the Order‑to‑Delivery process to ensure timely fulfillment.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
  • 2‑4 years of sales or customer‑facing experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Strong problem‑solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer‑oriented mindset with a passion for interaction.
  • High level of persuasion and selling capability.
  • Team player attitude.
