Sales Specialist – Field Sales (Kuwait)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our Kuwait team. The role focuses on field sales activities, supporting distributors and expanding our retail footprint in hardware and tool stores.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field sales visits to support distributor partners and grow retail presence in hardware and tool stores.
• Identify and onboard new retail accounts such as hardware and construction material retailers.
• Train store staff on product features, benefits and effective sales techniques.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing feedback to the regional sales manager.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Prepare regular sales reports with market insights, customer feedback and progress updates.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with distributors and retail partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of field sales or retail channel development experience, preferably in hardware, tools or construction materials.
• Proven experience in retail store development, dealer/distributor support or B2B sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently in a field‑based role.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region and a valid driver’s licence.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
