Sales Specialist / Immigration Consultant (Hindi Speakers)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist who can also act as an Immigration Consultant, fluent in Hindi, to join our team in Kuwait City. The role focuses on driving revenue by understanding client needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and supporting visa and immigration inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess customer requirements, offering tailored product or service recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Conduct market research to uncover new sales opportunities and monitor trends.
• Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients.
• Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
• Track sales activities and update CRM systems to ensure accurate records.

Required profile

• Fluent in Hindi and English, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience in sales or customer‑facing roles.
• Familiarity with visa and immigration processes is advantageous.
