Sales Supervisor – Co‑Ops (Kuwait)

About the role

Join one of the world’s largest food companies as a Sales Supervisor – Co‑Ops, responsible for driving growth across customers in Kuwait. You will lead a sales team, develop market strategies, and ensure the company’s products achieve optimal visibility and performance in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve growth in customers (value, volume and price) with value‑added contribution per customer.
• Lead the team to maximise sales and numeric distribution by category based on KPIs such as TEAM RTM, SOS, NTE, Perfect Store, and item‑by‑customer.
• Expand relationships with customers by proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
• Develop in‑store visibility plans in coordination with the sales team and customers, ensuring timely implementation.
• Initiate and develop weekly, quarterly and annual marketing plans in line with trade‑marketing guidelines.
• Monitor sales team performance, create development plans and conduct monthly L6 performance meetings.
• Negotiate annual contracts with customers, aiming for win‑win outcomes and increased market‑to‑store (M2S) sales.
• Ensure company price strategy for each SKU is applied in the market.
• Track campaign execution per contract and manage flyer planning without conflicts.
• Review market share across channels based on AC Nelson results.

Required profile

• University degree in Business or a related field.
• 5–7 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
