About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Sales Supervisor to join our on‑site team in Kuwait. In this position you will lead a group of sales representatives, drive performance against targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance and take corrective actions.
- Coach, mentor and train sales team members to improve skills and achieve goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and resolve any issues promptly.
- Analyse sales data, prepare reports on key metrics and present insights to management.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to optimise results.
Required profile
- Strong analytical ability to evaluate sales data and create actionable strategies.
- Proven experience managing and motivating a sales team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer‑service orientation.
- Experience in training and developing team members.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Previous supervisory sales experience is highly desirable.
