Sales Supervisor – Retail

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will coordinate and oversee shop‑floor activities at Sandro, The Avenues Kuwait, acting as the link between sales staff and store management. The role ensures execution of company directives, maintains store presentation standards, and drives sales performance through leadership and client relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team in building long‑term client relationships and leveraging clienteling tools.
• Ensure extensive product knowledge across the team and drive business objectives through reporting, sales analysis and product training.
• Oversee shop‑floor coverage during peak periods, act as a sales role model and intervene during the selling ceremony.
• Supervise store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, bank deposits and register management.
• Process POS transactions and manage inventory functions such as transfers, receiving, repairs and damages.
• Resolve customer complaints, exchanges and enquiries while maintaining loss‑prevention standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in a similar supervisory role within premium fashion retail.
• Strong knowledge of fashion/beauty industry trends.
• Proven skills in retail operations, customer service, leadership and problem‑solving.
