Salesperson and Cashier positions at retail clothing store

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Salespersons and Cashiers to join our retail clothing store located in Sultan Market, Shuwaikh, Kuwait City. The roles involve direct interaction with customers, handling transactions, and supporting store operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
• Process cash, card, and other payment methods while maintaining transaction integrity.
• Assist customers in selecting merchandise, answer product queries, and provide excellent service.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual standards, and inventory organization.
• Support sales targets by promoting products and upselling where appropriate.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant retail experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Arabic and English (speaking and typing).
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy clothing retail environment.
