About the role
Nawafil Al Khair is seeking a motivated Salesperson to join their team at Dhuha Mall. The role involves assisting customers, handling sales, and managing daily orders in a fashion/abaya retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers and process sales transactions.
- Take accurate customer measurements for clothing/abaya.
- Manage daily orders and follow up on tailoring requirements.
- Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the sales process.
Required profile
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Previous sales or retail experience preferred.
- Presentable, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Required skills
- Strong customer‑service and sales communication.
- Good knowledge of taking clothing/abaya measurements.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp usage.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders.
