SAP Supply Chain Lead – S/4HANA

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Lead to drive end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain and Manufacturing transformation programmes in Kuwait. The role will oversee the full project lifecycle, from blueprint to go‑live, ensuring seamless integration with finance, procurement and logistics functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration and implementation of SAP S/4HANA modules covering PP, MM, MRP, demand planning and production scheduling.
• Manage data migration activities, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT) and post‑go‑live support.
• Coordinate onsite delivery teams and collaborate with offshore resources to meet project milestones.
• Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure alignment of BOMs, routings, work centers and production versions with manufacturing processes.

Required profile

• 9–15 years of SAP experience with at least two full‑cycle S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Strong background in manufacturing and supply‑chain domains.
• Proven ability to lead onsite delivery and manage offshore collaboration.
