Scaffolding Engineer – Kuwait (Petroleum Projects)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Scaffolding Engineers to join a leading Korean engineering and construction firm operating on refinery, petrochemical and oil‑and‑gas projects in Kuwait. The role is based on‑site and follows a Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule (10:00 am‑5:00 pm).

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and supervise scaffolding systems for complex refinery and petrochemical construction sites.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers and safety officers to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
• Monitor installation, modification and dismantling activities, guaranteeing structural integrity and worker safety.
• Prepare technical documentation, progress reports and cost estimates related to scaffolding works.
• Support offshore and on‑shore installations as required.

Required profile

• B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 5–10 years of hands‑on experience in scaffolding for refinery, petrochemical or oil‑and‑gas construction projects.
• Prior experience on offshore or on‑shore sites is preferred.
• Exposure to Gulf‑region projects and experience with Korean contractors is an advantage.
