Secondary Mathematics Teacher

About the role

EDVECTUS LTD, a well‑established British international school in Kuwait, is seeking an enthusiastic Secondary Mathematics Teacher for the 2026‑2027 academic year. You will inspire secondary‑age learners, deliver the English National Curriculum, and uphold the school’s high academic standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons across the secondary age range.
• Assess student progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records.
• Manage classroom behaviour and create a supportive learning environment.
• Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and pastoral duties.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices.

Required profile

• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS or equivalent).
• Relevant degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• Experience teaching the British curriculum (preferred).
• Strong classroom management and a commitment to student wellbeing.
• Excellent communication, teamwork skills and willingness to engage in school life.
• International experience is desirable.
