About the role
We are looking for a proactive Secretary / Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of ARMA Sign Making, a leading sign‑making company in Kuwait. The role involves handling a variety of clerical tasks, communicating with clients and suppliers, and ensuring smooth office workflow.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily clerical and administrative tasks.
- Handle scheduling, documentation, and organized record keeping.
- Prepare and send professional emails to clients and suppliers.
- Coordinate with internal departments and management.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain office files, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing quotations, presentations, and company documents.
- Support basic social media updates and online communication when required.
Required profile
- Previous experience in administration, reception, customer service, office coordination, or secretary roles (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Professional email etiquette and strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Attention to detail, problem‑solving capabilities, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Residency in Kuwait or transferable residency is preferred.
- Knowledge of the signage, printing, or advertising industry is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
