About the role
The Security Coordinator will lead the security team in Kuwait City, ensuring the highest standards of safety and risk mitigation across all operations. This full‑time position requires immediate availability and a proactive approach to managing security challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage security personnel to maintain optimal performance.
- Monitor, assess, and mitigate security risks and threats.
- Collaborate with project and security managers to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide training and guidance to staff for effective emergency response.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
Required profile
