Security Officer

About the role

As a Security Officer at Hilton, you will help create a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members. You will be the first line of defense, ensuring the hotel’s interior and exterior are secure while delivering the warm hospitality the brand is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular security patrols of interior and exterior hotel areas to identify and mitigate safety risks.
• Assist with preliminary investigations of incidents, gathering information and documenting findings.
• Prepare accurate security reports and maintain records of all incidents.
• Respond promptly to emergencies such as safety hazards, fires, medical situations, and security threats.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
