Senior Accountant – Financial Reporting & Consolidation

About the role

Al Anbar Plus Manpower is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead financial operations across its branches in Kuwait. The role involves consolidating reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering accurate financial statements on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, review, and consolidate financial reports from both branches.
• Prepare and submit daily financial reports to management.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations and standards.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes.
• Identify financial risks and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, preferably in Kuwait or the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Experience handling multi‑branch operations.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
