Senior Accountant – Restaurant & Café Group

About the role

We are a well‑established restaurant and café group seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Mahbula, Kuwait. The role focuses on delivering accurate financial statements, managing cash flow, and supporting cost control initiatives within the hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Finalize monthly, quarterly and annual accounts in compliance with local regulations.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and reporting.
• Analyse food cost, wastage and overall cost structures.
• Prepare detailed costing reports and financial analyses for operational decision‑making.
• Support internal and external audit processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in the restaurant, café or hotel sector.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce or a related field.
• Ability to join within 30 days or earlier.
• Knowledge of Arabic and a valid driving licence are considered an advantage.
